After your commission is confirmed, I’ll send you an invoice. You can then choose your preferred payment method. All payments are processed in GBP (£).

Credit is required when sharing the commissioned artwork publicly.

I may showcase the commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media, unless a prior agreement states otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

Payments are in GBP (£).

A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery of the final artwork.

Commissions will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Time-sensitive deadlines: If you need your commission completed within 1–3 days, a 25–50% rush fee will apply depending on urgency.

Complexity Fee: Complex character designs, detailed props, or intricate outfits may affect the final price.

Commissions are usually completed within 1–3 weeks from the time I start working on them.

Complex pieces or high-detail requests may take longer.

If there's a queue, I’ll let you know your estimated start and delivery time when you book.

All commissions include 2 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch or line art stage.

Major changes after the final stage (coloring/shading) may incur an additional fee.

Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving a work-in-progress.

Please be as specific as possible when giving feedback to ensure a smooth process!

All finished artworks will be delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format.

If you need a specific size, background color, or transparent version, please let me know in advance.

No physical items will be shipped.

Full refunds are only available before any work has begun.

No refunds will be given once the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
